Leadership Development Pathway
This tailored professional learning experience is designed to deepen the expertise of instructional leaders in early childhood education settings. The courses explore history, research, policies and ethics surrounding early childhood education while providing participants evidence-based strategies to use in their programs. This pathway supports program leaders in completing the Overview of Childcare Management courses to qualify for the Florida Director Credential.
